Curriculum

JourniTech’s staff are trained and experienced curriculum developers. We employ a full-time curriculum development team led by an expert who has earned a post-master’s degree from Liberty University in curriculum development and is currently a doctoral candidate in the same discipline. The team diligently updates the materials based on constructive feedback, industry gold-standard requirements, and in adherence with the most up-to-date bodies of knowledge. The foundation of the curriculum is solid; however, we are prepared to customize and accommodate based upon the unique requirements of each customer.

Simulation Based Training

JourniTech believes students learn in a variety of ways. For those who are visual we have clean, organized and modern slides. For those who are auditory we facilitate (not lecture) discussions and encourage maximum participation. For those who are hands-on we are proud of our simulation based training. Our curriculum developers have refined and perfected the simulations to provide maximum impact. The scenarios are flexible and JourniTech instructors customize based on the industry in which our customer resides. The simulation is the heart and soul of the training program and is the common thread used to connect the real world to the academic world.
